Q. Do you do the graphic design for the stands?

A. No, we kindly ask that you supply the artwork in print ready form. Your Project Manager will supply you with specifics to get your files correct for your stand/s. Then our in-house print team handle the rest.

Q. Can I see visuals of my stand early in the process?

A. Yes, absolutely. Once you choose a stand design from our range we can do a mock-up of what the finished product may look like with your clients branding/colour scheme. We will do this on a quick turnaround. Once you supply us with the print-ready artwork we can do you a final 3D visual.

Q. Do you provide a Risk Assessment and Method Statement?

A. Yes

Q. Are your stands built in a sustainable way?

A. Yes, we think so. Our FSC timber walls and 100% recycled plastic raised flooring are refurbished and re-used from show to show. In addition, most of our furniture range is designed and created in our own workshop, so we know it’s going to be enjoyed on multiple events!

Q. Do I get a dedicated Project Manager from Stands 2 Shows?

A. Yes, depending on your stand requirements, you will have one or two friendly Project Managers to work with you to deliver your stand building brief. We work closely as a team, so you are in good hands.

Q. As an Event Production Manager or Stand Organiser what do you need from me in the whole process?

Q. I have seen other stand building companies that also offer a fixed price of £365 per square metre. What makes Stands 2 Shows different?

A. We can cater for one exhibition stand or one hundred, no problem. We also have the experience and skill to handle any other build areas in your event or show such as main stages, breakout rooms, lounges, and pods.
